Why is my promotion code not working? 

To apply your promotional code, simply head over to your shopping basket and enter the code into the designated box on the right side of your items. If you're having trouble with your code, please click here for assistance.

Please keep in mind that we are unable to apply discounts to certain brands, sale items, and hardware unless otherwise specified. Additionally, we can only apply one promotional code per order and discounts cannot be applied after the order has been placed.

It's important to note that Illicit Skate Shop is not affiliated with any third-party websites, and therefore any promotional codes received from them will not be eligible for use on our website.

How do I return my order?

At Illicit, we want to make sure you're completely satisfied with your purchase. That's why we offer a 14-day return policy for refunds. Please note that in order for us to process your refund, the item must be in its original condition and not show any signs of wear, washing, or damage. All tags must still be attached.

If you find that the item you received does not fit, we recommend placing a new order for the correct size and returning the original item for a refund. This way you can receive the correct size as soon as possible. To return an item, please send it to the address provided.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned.
